« The day before the Contiki tour began, together with Terry and Warren - a couple from Australia who I had met at the hotel and who were also joining the Contiki group - I walked up to the top of Table Mountain with its various plateaux. From the resevoirs up here Cape Town gets most of its drinking water. »

... Unfortunately after a short time it got very foggy - as you can already see on the photo - and we didn't see the sunset at all. With the fog coming in it also got really chilly and you felt more like being in London than in Cape Town. »
